Terms of Service

By accessing or using EduEnroll ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including educators, parents, and administrators.

EduEnroll is a registration and payment platform for kids activity businesses, operated by Little Yogis Academy Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our platform allows educators to create program listings, collect registrations, and receive payments from parents and guardians.

3.1 Eligibility: Educators must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to operate a business in their jurisdiction.

3.2 Little Yogis Academy Licensees: Educators who are active Little Yogis Academy licensees are eligible for a free platform account. Proof of licensee status may be required.

3.3 Independent Educators: Non-licensee educators are subject to a monthly subscription fee as listed on our Pricing page. A 14-day free trial is available.

3.4 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

3.5 Approval: All educator accounts are subject to approval by EduEnroll administrators. We reserve the right to decline or suspend any account.

4.1 Subscription: Independent educators pay a monthly subscription fee as listed on the Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

4.2 Per-Registration Fees: All educators are subject to a platform fee on each registration: $1.00 CAD per registration for weekly/recurring programs; 2% of the registration amount for camps, workshops, birthday parties, and events.

4.3 Payouts: Educator payouts are processed after deducting platform fees. Payouts require a connected Stripe account. EduEnroll is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency: All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. International educators may see currency conversions applied by their payment processor.

Parents and guardians may create accounts to save child information and registration history.

By registering a child in a program, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or have authorization to register them.

Registration fees are collected at time of registration. Refund policies are set by individual educators — contact your educator directly for refund requests.

Medical and allergy information you provide is shared with the program educator for safety purposes only.

EduEnroll uses Stripe to process payments. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). EduEnroll does not store credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

Consent for photography and social media use is collected at registration and managed by the individual educator. EduEnroll is not responsible for how educators use consented media. Revocation of consent must be directed to the educator.

8.1 Program waivers are set by individual educators. By agreeing to a waiver at registration, you accept the terms set by that educator.

8.2 EduEnroll is not responsible for injuries, incidents, or damages that occur during programs listed on our platform.

8.3 EduEnroll's liability to any user is limited to the fees paid to EduEnroll in the 3 months preceding any claim.

EduEnroll, its logo, and all platform content are the property of Little Yogis Academy Inc. Program templates provided by EduEnroll may be used by educators on the platform but may not be redistributed or resold. Educator-created content remains the property of the educator.

White label use of EduEnroll is available on the White Label plan. All white label deployments must retain "Powered by EduEnroll" attribution. The EduEnroll name and brand may not be removed or obscured.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is inactive for more than 12 months. Educators will be given notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
