At EduEnroll, we take privacy seriously — especially because our platform involves information about children. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Who We Are
EduEnroll is operated by Little Yogis Academy Inc., Ontario, Canada. We are the data controller for information collected through the EduEnroll platform.

2. Information We Collect
From Educators:
- Name, email address, phone number, business name, location
- Profile photo and business logo
- Banking information (via Stripe — we do not store this directly)
- Program details, pricing, and schedules
- Registration and revenue data
From Parents and Guardians:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Child's name, date of birth, age
- Medical information including allergies and special needs
- Emergency contact information
- Photo and social media consent preferences
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — not stored by EduEnroll)
- Registration history
From All Users:
- Login credentials (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)
- Device and browser information for security purposes
- Usage data and platform activity logs
3. How We Use Your Information
Educator information is used to:
- Operate and manage their EduEnroll account
- Process payouts via Stripe
- Send registration notifications
- Provide platform support
Parent and child information is used to:
- Complete program registrations
- Share relevant safety information (allergies, special needs) with the program educator
- Send registration confirmations and updates
- Enable fast re-registration for returning parents
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
4. Children's Privacy
EduEnroll collects information about children solely for the purpose of program registration and safety. Child information is:
- Shared only with the educator running the program the child is registered in
- Never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Retained only as long as necessary for registration and safety records
- Subject to deletion upon request by the parent or guardian
We comply with PIPEDA (Canada), and where applicable, COPPA (USA) and GDPR (EU).
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Stripe (for payment processing) — see stripe.com/privacy
- The program educator (registration and child safety information)
- Legal authorities if required by law
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted password storage
- Access controls limiting who can view sensitive data
- Regular security reviews
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained while your account is active
- Registration records are retained for 7 years for legal and financial compliance
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements)
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

EduEnroll uses essential cookies for login sessions and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
